FORGE

For 26 years, FORGE has served transgender and non-binary individuals, our loved ones, and our service providers. In Wisconsin, FORGE hosts education and support events, provides individual advocacy and assistance to those who have experienced a crime, sponsors a support group for parents of trans and non-binary youth, and advocates on behalf of positive local changes (https://forge-wi.org/).  For a list of upcoming events (virtual for right now!), go to https://forge-wi.org/events/.

We also have built an extensive online library of free trainings and publications for trans/non-binary survivors and service providers (http://www.forge-forward.org), and a blog for trans survivors (https://trans-survivors.com/blog/

We provide training and technical assistance to victim services providers across the country, sponsor the Transgender Aging Network and ElderTG, and actively participate in numerous national and Wisconsin advocacy coalitions.
